To maintain our health
Our health is always in a dynamic state. We consciously / unconsciously change ourselves to suit the ever-changing environment around. There happens constant active transaction between world interior and world exterior.
We are subjected to nourishing as well as destructive forces around. We try to survive and grow using our basic instincts.
In order to maintain positive health we try to take care of ourselves by eating proper food on time, resting well at night, regular exercise, getting good education, acquiring professional skills, maintaining healthy relations with family members and friends and colleagues, maintaining financial stability, being creative in one’s own chosen profession etc.
Goal of every person: Total health (body and mind health) and happiness.
Body health -
Expected or desired goal: All systems working well, no disease, good appetite, sound sleep, optimum body stamina, ending in feeling good phenomena
Reality: We suffer from body ill health from time to time.
Mental health -
Expected or desired goal: Satisfaction of basic desires, intellectual satisfaction, financial stability, Happy family life, Happy social life, Social recognition, and Spiritual progress
Reality: We suffer from disappointments from time to time.
