A process of self-search, understanding self and changing oneself for attainment of happiness, clarity and peace of mind is psychotherapy.
Common people are taken aback by the word psychotherapy. They are afraid because of distorted meaning they create in their minds and are afraid because of imaginary label of they being mad.
I work for normal functional people who are searching their self and wish to come out of darkness.
We need a psychotherapist to understand ourselves. It is very difficult to see oneself clearly. We need a impartial trustworthy mirror, and a sound board.
