Severe panic state
I experienced panic states multiple times before, during and few months after personal therapy. I read about panic from all sorts of media. I learned the breathing out technique, self suggestions that it is not life threatening, of short duration. I used to talk out the inner fears, worries, tensions mounted in me with my husband. Later I came to know that its a battle between a controlling ambitious parent in me and a tired exhausted child in me. I worked on my perfectionism, my demanding nature. I learned to accept my limitations.
