Anger Therapy

Anger is a reaction to unfulfilled wish.

We all get angry as in a daily life as, some of our wishes get fulfilled, some are in a pipeline (may or may not fulfill in the process) and some are not fulfilled.

We experience anger right from day 1.
Anger is an internal strong phenomenon. It produces lot of adrenaline in our body and we feel the heat inside.

Yet, all of us vary in expression of anger.
a) Some show immediate raw anger - high pitch vocal abuse, physical aggression - hurting self/others/objects, body gesture of threatening, verbal threatening...
b) Some show symptoms of suppressed anger - low pitch grump, fist tightening, red face, gaze, muttering, sledging, pulling legs, loss of concentration, gossiping...
c) Gulping down anger - outward laugh, poker face, tight body, digression, mockery, avoiding eyes, avoiding talking, physical restlessness..or stone like body pose.

What makes a person ask for help?
- An urge/attempt/actual event of hurting somebody
- An urge/attempt/actual event of hurting self
- Guilt of hurting others
- Guilt at break in relationship/s
- Guilt at losing opportunities
- Guilt at lack of self-control
- Symptoms of hyperacidity, lack of sleep, intolerance to spicy food
- Fear of losing relationship/s
