- net connection (fast enough and with good coverage)
- ability to use gtalk (text chat)
- nobody reading the exchange
- chat history not accessible to any other person
- Being on time
- Communicating beforehand about change in schedule, non-availability of net, illhealth etc.
- payment beforehand by bank transfer/paypal

INR 500/ per session (earning INR <50000/month)
1% of monthly income/per session (earning INR >50000/month)

Foreigners abroad -
- $50 for middle class
- $100 for upper middle class
- $150 for upper class
